As club leaders you can communicate with various district officers conveniently. They receive your attendance and project reports automatically and therefore nobody will follow-up with you if you have entered the information in the portal. As a president you can be in touch with “All Presidents” any time.
You can also upload information like forms, bye-laws, resolutions, proposed member profile, etc. so that members can access them any time.
