| Minutes of Meeting | President Nilima opened the meeting: @ 7.45 pm President’s Message & Highlights: 1.Doctor’s Day felicitation on July 04/ 05 of Dr. Barve, Dr.Kamble, Dr.Inamdar & Dr.Mahajan discussed & appraised by Nilima & Najmuddin. 12 plus members participated in this project on day 01 & 05 plus member participated on Day 02. 2.Project Tree plantation at Anandvan was deliberated by Najmuddin sapling collection from Mr.Dole & logiatics were discussed. Najmuddin will confirm dates after July 10, in consultation with shabbir K & Tasneem & Anandvan Mitra Mandal, Pune Adventure, Kumar uncle & will confirm. 3.Project Guru Poornima with names of Guru’s & CVs are being arranged for Guru’s Nandan, Maria, Maya, Rajeshwari. Physical meet will be organised to felicitate. Additional Names are requested by Nilima for consideration. 4. Birthdays & Anniversaries: Rtn. Hemant & Ann. Malti Anniversary was celebrated virtually. Guests: Dr.Munaf Inamdar, one of recipient of RCPH felicitation certificate joined meeting for brief. He is our club potential candidate & team of members & Mentor has been finalised towards membership of Dr.Munaf. Presentation: Secretary presented his Job description for this year, Certificate issued by RI as Get Ready: Club Secretary, content of Invitation format. Correction suggested was implanted & shared with Nilima , Shabbir & Ilyas. Presentation on Goal setting on RI website was presented. As advised sharing: Goals 1.Club Membership 23, 2. Service participation 11, 3. New member sponshership 05, 4. Rotary action group participation 02, 5. Leadership development 03,6. District conference 07,08. Rotary Fellowship participation 02,09. District training participation 08. Messages/ Notices: Secretary urged all members to visit myrotaty.org & get successful training certificate for respective responsibilities of this RY. Upcoming Speakers: Not discussed. Secretary’s Session: KYR : Felicitation of IPP Abbas Shambhoora was taken as First session of Know your Rotarian initiative. Hakuna Matata Moments: Not initiated. Parting Thoughts: Anyone with a heart, with a family, has experienced loss. No one escapes unscathed. Every story of separation is different, but I think we all understand that basic, wrenching emotion that comes from saying goodbye, not knowing if we'll see that person again - or perhaps knowing that we won't. |

Heart Surgery - initiative should come from Rotary - informed by officials of Deenanath - to give green signals. For vaccination at Hire High School - DMH gave consent to start another vaccination center. - School is ready to provide premise, internet etc. facilities, - DMH to verify - If response given to the tune of 2000 doses /day then only it is to be done. - Also volunteers will be required to be done and provided by the club. - by majority the plan was rejected. 6. PR Activity to promote vaccine drive at the event of District by taking all the Rotaract clubs - Options were discussed - 1 option was to do at DMH with the club, Sponsored Rotaract clubs and few DMH employees to have the Flash Mob - option 2 to have that as district event by speaking with DRR. 7. Plants and trees distribution - to call PMC to check availability at Sambhaji Baug 8. With the donor ready to provide for 2-3 crore, to strategise the medical project - one idea was of organ donation 50% concession - another idea is Inline filter for blood filtration post blood donation to stop bacteria wherein each filter costs 600/- so for non affordable patients approximately 1600-1700 to be given free of cost - Manoj ji to speak with DMH and Pankajji 9.
