The Following members were present. 1. President –RtnGurdev Sing Kohli, Secretary – Vinod L Gurme, Rtn .Arvind Sawalekar,Rtn.V.C.Mhatre, Rtn.Nilesh Pote, Rtn.Charudatta Bhagat, Rtn.SalimAfsar, Rtn.Aliasgar Golwala, Rtn.Tushar Takalkar, Rtn.Sanjay Jain, Rtn.Latif Shaikh, Rtn.Dr. Kishor Solanki, Rtn.KishoreChoudhary,Rtn.rajeshNatnani, Rtn.BhaveshRangpariya, Rtn.HarmeshTanna, Rtn.KalpeshParmar, Rtn.Madhusudhan Malpani, (Treasurer)Rtn. Jai Bhandarkar, Rtn.Sunil Borade, Rtn Atul Bhagat. Following Points were discussed 1) . Minutes of last BOD meeting: - Read by Past secretary PE Rtn Kalpesh Parmar 2). To Adopt the constitution and bylaws of the club for the year 2021-22: -Harmesh and Kalpesh objected on Article 7 of section 7 (g), Article 11 section 2 and 3.BOD members has discussed on this and approved. 3). Resolution passed for operation of bank A/C proposed by Rtn Arvind Sawalekar and accepted by all 4). Budget for the year 2021-22:- Budget presented by treasurer Rtn malpani BOD members discussed on various points and passed. 5). To Discuss membership strength of the club. It is decided to increase strength at least by 10% and Rupees 1000 admission fees for new members is deleted. 6). Project for the month of July 2021:- 1) Tree plantation 2) Teachers Financial Management 3) Rice Plantation 7). Financial review of the year 2020-21:- It will be reviewed in next meeting. 8). Reinstatement of two club members: - Rtn Chandrashekar Panahale & Rtn Sampat Sasane. It is decided that two members are reinstated as per Article13 of constitution section 3(b). Reinstatement: The board may reinstate the former member to membership if the former member requests and pays all debts to this club.
