| Minutes of Meeting | Synergy Project of Blood Donation Camp : The President explained the project being undertaken with Five of surrounding Rotary Clubs. It was mentioned that two more clubs are interested in joining this project. However, it was decided that we plan another Blood Donation Drive with such interested Clubs. Rt. Praful Dhargalkar emphasized that Blood Bank’s Google Page/Form be popularized in such Drive. Subject and Speaker approval for next Physical Meeting : As there is the Event of RI President’s visit next week, the Regular meeting shall not be held. Hence it was decided that this event be planned in one of the Web meetings in future. Planning for Tree Plantation Project in near future : No immediate project planned. However, while on the subject, it was decided that the few Plants in Pots be added along the West fence wall of Mega Medical Centre. A Budget of Rs. 5,000/- was allocated for this activity which will be completed before visit of the RI President. Discussion about RI President Visit : DGE Dr. Anil Parmar narrated the Itinerary of the RI President’s visit. He emphasized upon all Club Members to strictly follow the RI Protocols during this visit. He further emphasized that all Club Members and Invitees MUST be seated in the Community Hall before arrival of the RI President and should leave the Hall ONLY AFTER he leaves. Discussion to finalize the Name for the District 3131 Conference in RY 2022-23 : DGE Dr. Anil Parmar informed that the Name ‘Josh’ has been assigned for the Conference and the Venue will be Amby Valley Resort. |
