| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting(Business) Rotary club of Panvel Industrial Town Meeting No 2 held on 11/8/21 Wednesday at Rotary community center Meeting called to order by President Gurdev singh Kohli After National Anthem meeting started Secretary vinod Gurme read the minutes of 2nd BOD meeting. Rtn ballad again took objection on Reinstated members PP Rtn Sasane and PP Rtn Panahale by saying them as a guest. Though he was fully aware about the reinstatement was completed in first meeting only. Secretary Vinod Gurme once again brought to the notice of members that both the members are respected members of club hence they are not guest, since the procedure of reinstatement is completed as per the rotary BY LAWS and normal practice in first BOD and first weekly meeting. PP Rtn sawalekar pointed out that the contribution, time and efforts given by PP Rtn Sasane and PP Rtn panahale is remarkable and both members helped to build the building of club at critical situation in their tenure, they were then and now also respected members. Both members were removed due to nonpayment of fees in time (delayed payment) though 15 members were not paid the dues at that time but action was taken on these two members only. PP and AG Rtn Mhatre also praised the work and contribution done by both the members during their tenure as president. They were removed with wrong intention.During Covid pandemic even Govt also allowed to file the IT return in Dec instead of june. PP Rtn Panale expressed that we all are true big hurted Rotarian, hence forget all happened in past and start with new ideas and work together. Director Rtn kodru pointed out that all global grant project must be rooted through as a global grant Director. Rtn kodru expressed that Agenda for joint meeting with trust must be prepared and we should have joint meeting with trust at least once in a month for healthy atmosphere in club. He also expressed that we should give thanks giving letter to Madam Ramanasi (non rotarian)who has given 80 sarees and petticoat to our club for distributing to flood affected people of mahad Through PP Rtn v.c.Mhatre Project proposed by Rtn Nerkar Madam is accepted President Gurdev singh Kohli thanked to all Rotarians who contributed to flood relief drive of Mahad and Chiplun flood affected area. He also thanked to Gurudwara sahib for their valuable contribution and working together to provide immediate help to flood affected people. Meeting is adjourned by president. Present 18 |
