It was decided that a resolution would be drafted by Rtn Yogeeta and submitted to the board for approval, which would then be used account opening application. This would be signed by President, Secretary and Treasurer. 3 Banks would be explored for A/C opening viz i. Saraswat Bank ii. SVC Bank and iii. Thane Bharat Sahakari Bank in that order. ACCOUNTS The Club and Trust Accounts for the previous month were read and passed. SERVICE PROJECTS 1 Thanks to Rtn Swastik for organising a joint meeting with Rotary Club of Bibwewadi and a lot of pending issues were resolved. Asmita Project to the tune of Rs 50.14 lacs will be taken for execution this year.Modalities of all the projects are worked out. 2 For Yuvti Project,last years details to be submitted and then funds would be released from G S Labs.Commitment from G S Labs is confirmed for Year 21- 22. Any payment required till then can be disbursed from RCPA Trust Account. 3 Tree Plantation Programme is complete. 4 Village Project at Pimple Sandar jointly being planned with Ficci Flo.Details to follow. 5 The Club has distributed Ration Kits worth Rs 25000.Thanks to Rtn Yasmin Bahri for the contribution and Ann Ripple for coordinating the project. 6 The Club donated Rs 1 lac towards Mahad Flood Relief Fund. Thanks to Sandeep Kirpalani for his contribution of Rs 50000 and balance matching Rs 50000 from RCPA Trust Account. CLUB ADMINISTRATION 1 Fun Tuesday on 24 August 2021 was well attended.Thanks to Ann Jasni and Team. 2 The Board applauded the efforts of Rtn Pali and Team for arranging good speakers. 3 Fellowship is planned for 5 Oct 2021. 4.Joint Rotary Meeting with 10 - 12 Clubs will be held on 21 Oct 2021 and the Topic will be on Transgenders.. 5 The Club has received Rs 10 lacs from Swastik's friend Mrs Kunj Lokumal Chhugani and this would be considered as contribution towards Fund Raiser. MEMBERSHIP The Board approved the Membership Proposal of Miss Manisha Bansal proposed by Rtn Natasha Parulekar. ROTARY FOUNDATION Contributions received from Rtn Habil,Rtn Mohinish and Rtn Mahesh. PUBLIC IMAGE FB Page and Instagram Page are updated and Family/Friends are requested to join and enhance Rotary's Public Image. YOUTH SERVICES 1 Installation of New Board for Rotaract/Interact Clubs will be carried out in July 2022. 2 St Andrew's School have been updated on the Robotic Program and will revert back. 3 Orbis School interested in Crowd Funding for their new projects later this year. ANY OTHER MATTER 1 Amount Rs 1000 per plaque ( for Appreciation/Thanksgiving to Contributors) was sanctioned and Rtn Mohinish would follow up with suppliers. 2 The Board received resignation from Rtn Ashok Sharma as Vice President 21- 22.The Board would like him to re consider and believes in his capabilities to lead the club.
