The installation of Rotaract Club was discussed and it was informed that it will be done by September end after the Charter is received. 3. The Celebration of Ganesh Festival followed by Dinner with full course Maharashtrian Menu was confirmed. 4. President Dr Mina Biswal informed that the Kojagiri Pornima celebration is planned as a Synergy Project with RC Panvel as directed by the District Cultural Director, who has also promised to Sponsor an Event like Orchestra for this celebration. 5. President also informed that another Synergy Project will be planned in the last week of October (30th/31st) for E-Waste Disposal & No Use Plastic Campaign. About 4 to 5 Rotary Clubs would join this Synergy Project. 6. President also requested the members who have yet not paid the club dues to pay on priority. |

Secretary informed about the mail sent to trustee and telephonic discussion by president to trust chairman President briefed about the project done and informed about the upcoming projects The check list for vocational awards will be prepared with Rtn v.c .mhatre and decision will be taken in BOD Ganpati visarjan will be planed as per the guidelines of covid 19 President Gurdev singh kohli expressed that no peon or other person must be present during meeting on community center. Trust should take care of this, since some of the time no one is available. Total present 18 Meeting is adjourned by president. |

| Meeting Agenda | Very glad to share that we had a wonderful program today at BVVK Prashala, where we felicitated 4 Teachers from both our Interact schools. There was a panel discussion for the Teachers where they shared their experiences about the online teaching journey during the pandemic. Interact students shared their views about the current teaching methods and whether they want to come back to physical school. This was followed by the felicitation ceremony where the teachers were awarded a certificate and our Rotary bags alongwith books and dry fruits from Rtn Sunetra. Our Interact Club members shared their experiences about virtual school and are looking forward to offline education on occasion of Teachers’ day felicitation. Very well organised program by Ann Shama , Voc Dir Anuja, Youth Dir Radha and team! Thanking everyone for their efforts and contribution in making this program a success.
