Tasneem Members present 13plus Highlights of discussed points 1.President welcomed AAG/ AG MOC welcomedAAG / AG 2. President presented her progress report of the quarter. 3. AG /AAGhas initiated guidance session to prepare for DG visit scheduled on Nov 01 virtual meeting. Final assembly meeting is scheduled on Oct 25 for which she has shared strategy for adoption & guidance from President. Important message A. President or respective BOD /avenue wiseto prepare PPT covering executed projects for presentation on concrete points. B. Expected of contribution of Rs .2000 from 23 members . C. Polio day to be celebrated as fund raising & collected fund to be given as donations. D.Log in details of 06 members to be updated to have 100 % participation E. Match projects appearing on District website F. District Certification / recognition on Rotaract club to be discussed with Ms . Shikarpur G. Membership for induction during DG visit data to be uploaded on RI website H.President citation points was deliberated in details & valuable inputs received from AAG/AG. Club goals to be aligned to achieve citation. I.CPI scoring points will be circulated along with Citation goals by President J. Rotaract/ Interact citation criteria to be discussed K. We have done good in youth avenue ,to be presented to get district recognition by avenue director & add joint RYLA. Interact assembly participation to be finalised L.APF / DDF donation to be concluded. M. Projects can be uploaded under PI category. Polio PI to be planned N. RI goals may be revised to realistic goals by President & to achieve performance better than last 05 years of our own record. O.AG appreciated on submission of all dues on July 27,2021 P. Trust audited account to be submitted during AG visit. Q.AG discussed on submission of documents before DG visit. 1. Birthday & Anniversary greetings exchanged for celebrating Rotarians & Ann’s 5. Attendees : President Tushar , CS Aparna, Tr Atul , IPP Arpita , Pramodji, Chandrakantji, Smeeta, Tejashree, Nilesh, Shilpa ,Beena MINUTES OF MEETING 1. Patas Installation confirmed on 16 Oct 21 , @ 11 am , Patas DGE Dr Anil Parmar has agreed to be the Chief Guest. 2. All Women Satellite Club Installation to be held on Sunday ,24 Oct 21 @ TBT. Morning time. DGND Shital Shah has agreed to be the Chief Guest. 3. On the same occasion new members will be inducted : Ravindra Choudhary, Prashant Choudhary, Yogesh Deshpande, A. Chalukya, Sachin ( ghar wapasi:- Dr Aparna will be Ann ) as RCPBE members. Biodata of Sachin/ Aparna Joshi to be put up on the Group. 4. Installation Will be looked into by MEMBERSHIP TEAM. 5. RCPBE to participate in the Synergy with RCP West’s Project of CYCLE RALLY on 23 Oct 21. 6. Youth Avenue director to take up Waste Segregation & Green Project of planting saplings in mud kulhads as the schools have opened from 4 Oct 21. 7. Under Avenue Service Project , our club can take up E Waste collection project. 8. Under PI avenue, Rotary Name Plates will be sponsored by the club ; to be put up at the entrance of Club Rotarian’s Residents/ Office. Extra plate can be availed on payment on individual basis. 9.
