MOM AS GIVEN BELOW: Present: Pres Mahendra Chitte, Rtn Ajay Mutatkar, PP Sudhir Vaidya, Rtn Nandakumar Ghule, Rtn Padmini Abnave, Rtn Sandesh Kothadia, Rtn Yashwant Kulkarni The BOD Meeting was held through ZOOM Link on October 14, 2021. The meeting was held specifically for sharing progress on Mummy Project and taking further decisions for building body on same: 1. Pres Chitte shared that further to the Letter of Intent given by Shashwat Hospital, we have received quotations for the Mobile Clinic Work from M/s Chintamani, Venky Customs, SMC Design Ajil Fabretech and Galaxy Engineers. 2. Pres Chitte Proposed that it will be better to have all interiors in Stainless Steel and Galaxy Engineers have given proposal for SS, we should go with Galaxy Engineers and give the contract with final cost working with them. This will be most economical. The proposal was seconded by Rtn Ajay Mutatkar and agreed by all present. The cost working and final proposal with cost break up would be attached with this MOM. Further it was decided to shift the vehicle to the premises of Galaxy Engineers for further work. |
