ACCOUNTS The Club and Trust Accounts will be updated and sent next week. SERVICE PROJECTS. 1 Village at Sawantwadi - Dental Camp with sealant and fluoride will be conducted in Dec. - 30 desks will be given for children at Anganwadi. - Orthopaedic check up at Village. 2 Old Age Home at Kamshet - 10 Beds, Aata and Masala Machine will be given for elderly at the home. 3 Tribal Project was discussed. Pres Natasha will update with more information,to make women independent in tribal area. 4 Asmita Project was discussed and Board approved the same. Rs 99,000 will be contributed by RCPA and Rs 3 lacs from Rotary Club of Bibwewadi. CLUB ADMINISTRATION 1 Program Committee The Board applauds the efforts of Rtn Pali and Team for very good Programs. 2 Fellowship Musical Evening Fellowship at Poona Club on 23 Nov'21 was well attended. Light and Sound Show at war Memorial planned for 11 Dec by Rtn Dhananjay Rau. 3 Fund Raiser We will not have any Fund Raiser this year as enough funds received from generous donors for our service projects. MEMBERSHIP Nothing to Report FOUNDATION Rtn Habil requested Board Members to forward their contributions by this month end. RCPA to be 100% PHF Club or Annual Giving Club this year. PUBLIC IMAGE Posts/Photographs on Facebook and Instagram updated regularly. YOUTH SERVICES Rtn Rishikesh will follow up with Interact and Rotaract Clubs for Projects/Activities. District to host program for Interact Clubs.Topic:Indian Heritage and Cultural Values.
