Minutes of Meeting	1 President elect for RIY 2022-23 – Rtn. Ninand is elected by all BOD members for Presidentship of RCPA club for the RIY 2022-23. Club need to update Rtn. Ninad’s name in place of Rtn. Saraswati in RI website and 3131 District website by 31st Jan 22 2 Financials for RIY 2021-22 – Financials statements for RIY 2021-22 was explained by Treasurer Rtn. Abhishek Rtn. Pramod. New membership fee structurewas discussed to be followed from Jan- 2022. Jan 22 3 Trust and Club Bank Account –Treasurer requested to move the Trust and Club accounts from Canara bank to HDFC bank considering the online challenges of Canara bank. This has been approved. Application to HDFC bank and Closure of Canara bank to be carried out. 31st Jan 22 4 Four New Members Applicants Review – Membership committee will have coffee meet with these prospective members and interview them for approval of membership. Membership committee to co- ordinate for coffee meet. 31st Jan 22 5 Neerathon event – This event is postponed. Tentative new date is 3rd or 10th April. Fern manager need to check the availability of these dates and confirm. Rtn. Abhishek and Rtn. Ninand to follow-up with Fern Manager. 8 Interact Club – Interact club is being formed by Rtn. Kamaljeet. Interact Club Installation ceremony and start of first project will be planned online with ZP School. ZP School Principal to confirm the dates for online installation ceremony. Rtn. Kamaljeet with coordinate with ZP chool. 31st Jan 22 9 Bawarchi Day – Rtn. Kamaljeet suggested to celebrate Bawarchi Day at one of the Senior Citizen Home or any other Orphanage Home. The idea is the Male members of RCPA club will prepare food and distribute to any one of these centres and also have Suhana Safar event at the centre.

Minutes of Meeting	This week was a special meeting as we celebrated our Club Birthday. It was planned to be a physical meeting but due to restrictions announced by the Govt., it was changed to an online event. Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where the members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. President Amitabha updated members about the Vaccination on Wheels Project status. 8,64,889 vaccines have been administered as on 14th Jan. We wished happy birthday to R'Ann Jasma Asher and Rtn. Shirish Mohile. We wished happy anniversary to Rtn. Nitin and R'Ann Shweta Viajivergia and, Rtn. Basant and R'Ann Savita Almal. The regular meeting was followed by 38th Club Birthday celebration with President conveying his best wishes to all the members on occasion. He spoke about the glorious achievements of RCPC and appreciated all the members for contributing towards making RCPC one of the top Clubs in Pune. Keeping with the times, the Birthday cake was cut virtually! Few of the members then spoke about their experience and memories of their time with RCPC. In their one minute talk the members appreciated the charter members and others who played a major role in starting the Club and strengthening it through the last 38 years.
