AGENDA FOR BOD 28 Feb 2022

1. Confirmation of minutes of previous Aug BOD.
2. Current status of both accounts Trust and Club – Rtn. Rakesh Pawar.
3. Current status of RCPL Trust – Rtn Rakesh Pawar
4. As discussed in Jan BOD made payment of water & sanitation project payment in association with RC Rajgurunagar to be release, total cost of project Rs 130000/- our contribution will be Rs 65000/-, Solar Water pump Tank is ready, we are contributing for 2500/- for pipeline only.
5. We got a offer from Director, Central Water Research Academy for a joint project to clean water body banks in association with local villages, some of cost may involved, need to work out.
6. Approval for the MIT Rotary Peace Awards expenses, for trophies & Citation Rs 23000/-, Rs 31000/- for new Rotaract installation expenses for purchasing the assets. For Pune Lokmanya MIT ADT university food & other expenses were contributed by MIT, Rs 10000 approved by MIT. For formation of one more Rotaract we need to approve a budget of Rs 10000/-
7. Sanitary pad manufacturing machines & incirators for disposal planned at Ranjangaon area, it will be financed by Rajmudra Group.

4. As discussed in Jan BOD made payment of water & sanitation project payment in association with RC Rajgurunagar to be release, total cost of project Rs 130000/- our contribution will be Rs 65000/-, Solar Water pump Tank is ready, we are contributing for 2500/- for pipeline only. – This was approved in Jan 2022 BOD, Payment will be done in next 2 dyas.
5. We got a offer from Director, Central Water Research Academy for a joint project to clean water body banks in association with local villages, some of cost may involved, need to work out. – BOD will be visiting soon at the office of Director, Central Water Research Academy in this week & understood the project, District Director for Water & Sanitation will accompany with BOD.

Girish had suggested idea to generate Fund from members & from the network of members as below.
- Can you spare 1/- a day from your hard earned money for a social cause which can change lives of thousands around us . Interesting isn't it! yes of course it is ,your one rupee a day means 365/- rupees per year which of course I am sure won't be a big pinch to your pocket .We at Rotary Club of Pune Lokmanyanagar have been part of various successful projects which have helped the masses in and around Pune whose daily income is also hardly sufficient for their day to day needs for their spouse and children.
- Hence we have come across this plan which will enable each and everyone who wants to do something for the society but cannot do due to lack of good funds in his or her pocket.
- You just have to give Re 1/- a day as your contribution and of course if you want you can also give on behalf of your family members also ,say if you are a family of 4 people the amount will be 365 X 4,you may give it in one single transaction or as per your convenience in 4 instalments as 365rs each time.
- In this manner you will be associated with one of the Best Rotary Club in Pune .
- You can donate more also if you wish for any special occasions happening in your family throughout the year like Birthday, Anniversary, in remembrance of a beloved person etc.
- Hence we members of RCPL appeal to you to donate at least one rupee a day for transformation of the underprivileged in our surrounding. |
