An introduction of Chief Guest Rtn PP. Dr. Ravi Kulkarni was done by Rtn. PP Girish Kshirsagar. Dr. Ravi who has been bestowed upon a prestigious award by National Academy of Engineering of USA, shared the journey of his company Elkay Chemical Pvt. Ltd. | Minutes of Meeting | Rtn. Mehul Parmar informed board that the joint project of Toilets has been concluded . The total project cost has been finalised for Rs.1,65,000/-and we have received Rs.1,00,000/from RC Pimpri Elite Club. The vendor said the work will be completed in 3o days. We have asked him to complete the construction on or before 22nd of May 2022. He also mentioned we have donated 2 Covid Beds to an Ashram and dispatched the same. Rtn. Abhijeet Shinde informed board that the inauguration of Global Grant project will be on 23th of June at RCC. Rtn Bimal Rawat presented foundation report. He mentioned that we have received $ 10,700 in APF out which $7700 are reflecting on the RI website Rtn Abhijeet Shinde presented Happy Village report. He mentioned that we have finished the work of 3rd Pond and we will be starting the work of 4th Pond. We have asked a quotation from the photographer for the shoot of before after work and the same will be forwarded to the Happy Village director and will finalise the same. Rtn. Sanjay Pradhan informed board that he has received a request from a student by Name Kush for sponsoring NGSC. He mentioned that the student needs a Host Club, and he needs only sponsorship, and no money is required from the Club. BOD asked Rtn. Sanjay Pradhan to get an official letter addressing to the president on mail with all his details and his exact requirement. After which President and BOD will take a decision on the same. Rtn. Sandanand Nayak proposed Rtn. Santosh Giranje as President for the year 2024-2025. BOD approved the same. |
