| Minutes of Meeting | Dt:23/5/2022 Rtns present:15 Anns present:1 1)President Rtn Nilimaji asked suggestions from all members present regarding new projects to be carried out and any other queries regarding our club 2)Rtn Nitinji highlighted on our ongoing chicken/Hen project.The source of income has started for the ladies, as egg distribution is reaping well. Nitinji also briefed us about the progress on the kitchen garden project. 3)President Rtn Nileemaji discussed about two new projects a) Goat farming b) school kits distribution with the help of Seva Sahyog committee.Cost /rs60,00 for 60 bags. 4)Rtn Suhail Ansari & Rtn Kunjan shared a few wonderful ideas on smaller projects e.g water awareness with the involvement of all our rotarians. 5)Rotarians suggested for a resolution to be passed regarding the club dues. The meeting adjourned at 9:30pm. |

Eryla - Total 6,400/- needed to be returned to the 4 clubs equally - for that we need funds - To speak with CA whether to take advance fees of members. From 1 June we will take membership fees for next fees. Budget to be decided and fixed and only that amount to be used. 3. Global Grant - 18 patients are identified by Deenanath and surgeries can commence from 1.06 - Deficit came - Vega was going to give initially 3,00,000/- for Heart Surgery and there is a short fall of $3000 we need donors 4. Cataract - 1.5 lakh is remaining wherein we need to find the donor 5. Projects to be uploaded on RI and 3131. 6. Two meetings - one Assembly this month and one in the next month wherein award night also will be on the same night as that of planning. Two sponsors needed 7. District Dues are paid already and therefore need to give the details of the same 8. Eye check up camp for slum area to be done 9. Happy Village - Toilet renovation - Parag said that it is not covered in the same. To ask refund of the amount of bio digester and to find the person for refurbishment of the toilet. To discuss the same with Parag and to decide on this. |
