MOM of 30/5/22
Meeting after fellowship started at 8 pm.
Members Present: Madame President Rtn.Nilimaji, Rtn.Nitinji, Rtn.Hussainji, Rtn.Najmuddinji,Rtn.Karuji, Rtn.Shabbirji N, Rtn.Ilyaasji, Rtn.kunjanji, Rtn.Badashaji, Rtn.Nisreenji (Birthday girl), Rtn.Shabirji P, Rtn.Hemaji,
01) Regarding the goat project proposed by our President, it was suggested that the proposal & Project report be circulated to all members to go thru, to understand the viability etc of the project, to bring forth suggestions etc. if any for discussion in the next week or so & then take up the Project. It is also suggested that all paper work etc.to be completed & put in order as this is going to be ongoing project ,& more so a Trust project .Our partners in the project is going to be " Seva Sahyog" (pl. correct) who will monitor the project at ground level to work smoothly. Our President & Nitinji explained us how this Goat Project is proposed to work, explaining the intricacies. Some members had some other suggestions too , regarding projects, which we could do, it is requested to these members that they prepare themselves & to identify & put up their suggestions with strong recommendations for the projects they wish to suggest. The giving of School kits to deserving students of Girme High School OR others is already ready & in place as told to us by Rtn. Nitinji.(PN) The same will be handed over on appropriate date.
02) Our PE has suggested to call a BOD meeting for his term. as well as to include the outgoing BOD for their expertise & suggestions to be taken for the coming year. Paperwork to be prepared to be submitted to the AG (Club Assembly) of our plans & goal for his year 22-23. All BOD Directors will briefly talk of his/her Avenue & project for the year 22-23.
PE has also declared the Installation date as 25/July at the hands of our DG-E as on that date.
PE is going to keep the installation budget within permissible limits or still better in the interest of the Club. Venue & other logistics are yet to be worked out for which he proposes to appoint a 3-4 member committee. Our present President to be kept in the loop for her suggestions.
03)Our PE was invited to be a part of the meeting called by the AG where he was felicitated , This meeting was called to get the to know the installation & preparation for the upcoming year & Installation procedure. RC Katraj was the host Club.
04) Rtn.Bhopalwalla apprised the club about our senior Rtn.Bala (as we all call him )as a resigning Trustee, who should be replaced. The names of PE Rtn.Shabbirji N , Rtn.Kunjanji, Rtn.Hafiziji, & Rtn.Hemlataji were proposed. So many names were proposed, as if we wish to increase the Trustees with present strength of 9 members or increase to 11...
The meeting was adjourned in true Democratic spirit, Our Birthday girl, Rtn.Nishreenji had sponsored a cake , Wishing & thanking her on behalf of RCPH .
