| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Installation Ceremony is decided on Tuesday, 28th June 2022. Various committees were formed under Convenorship of Rtn. Nitesh Pokar. 2. Topics for weekly meetings for July 2022 were discussed. 3. Our previous Global Grant project was cancelled by RI due to some incomplete data. Therefore a new GG Project no. GG2239922 was submitted fulfilling the unanswered queries from previous project. Fund raising was discussed for this new Global Grant No. GG2239922. 4. As per RI Mandate, it is necessary to open a separate Bank Account for every Global Grant. It was therefore decided that for our Global Grant No. GG2239922 a new Bank account be opened in the name of ‘Rotary Club of Daund GG2239922’ in Central Bank of India, Daund Branch, Daund. The account will be operated by two signatories, Mrs. Shalini Philomen Pawar and ANY ONE from the other two: 1. Mrs. Shalini Philomen Pawar. 2. Dr. Rajesh Jabaji Date. 3. Mr. Sunil Dhage. Moved by: Rtn. Harishchandra Kaluram Thombare Seconded by: Rtn. Neelam Mewani. 5. It was decided that all the financial matters regarding GG2239922 e.g. maintaining transparency in fund raising, maintaining books of accounts, audit reports, final submission of GG reports will be supervised by Rtn. Aslam Shaikh and Rtn PP Prafull Bhandari with the help of other Rotarians of their choice. |
