On 6/6/2022 Rtn Present 19 1) BOD meeting was held at Girme School. 2) Meeting was held to discuss the Projects with each Directors had to present his and her project for. The year 2022 to 2023 on the AG visit which was to be held on 20/6/2022. 3) Goat project was also discussed and had come to a conclusion to do it. 4) we had fellow ship which was also good. 5)The meeting got over at 9 PM. 6) President Nelimaji was very cooperative and gave her time till late most helped me to organize the meeting with her suggestion.

Minutes of Meeting	Mr Devendra Deshmukh, CEO of eZest solution, was made an Honorary Member of our club. Our Rotractor from Modern College, NCC Cadet received the Trophy for Maharashtra at the hands of Honorable Prime Minister of India Mr Narendraji Modi was felicitated in the meeting. Similarly, the students of this college won 14 prizes in a Firodiya Karandak , a prestigious cultural competition were felicitated in our weekly meeting and members had great interaction with them.
