Minutes of Meeting Minutes of meeting Date 10/8/22 Time 7:15 pm Venue President Smeetas’s residence 1) Atul and Prachi talked to CA Mr majgaonkar .He promised to get audited balance sheet and tally back up in this week. 2)Fee structure and Budget will be mailed to each member by the president.and also will be explained on one to one if needed. 3)Detailed accounts for July was told and will be put on BOD group. 4)Ms Linda Prölls will be reaching on 12 th August at 3:30 pm . Beena will receive her with the host family. 5)Atul being the co chairman of NGSC dist 3131 had proposed to host an exchange youth from Italy coming to India on 20 th August with club presidents permission. He will be staying with the family who have outbound student to Italy from our district. 6)Screening of cervical cancer will take place at Chellaram hospital. Dr Patil had detailed talks with president and Arpita. 25 to 30 people are expected to get the screening done from our club and they will pay for themselves . 10 people from chellaram will be sponsored by our club.(underprivileged) 7)Our club has contacted Bharti vidyapeeth to give hepatitis B vaccinations to 100 beneficiaries. The cost of each vaccine is Rs 20/- 8)Uniforms to 5 th standard girls and boys to be given at Garade school (Rs.600/- each per student) Total students are 65 (Rtn Prashant to look for other vendor)if he doesn’t find one we will go with the better option available. Club will pay the cheque from the trust account. 9) Interact club formalities have been done along with sponsor club of Purandar. We have selected 70 students from 8 th standard. Charter is expected in two to four weeks. 10)Our club has decided to do happy school project with kalmshet school. President Smeeta has talked to district person (Mamta kolhatkar)to do it with only 15 students school as a special case. Most of the happy school criterias are done 1)Toilet block 2)Room छत (flooring is pending) 3)Jungle gym (Pending) 4)Library (can be achieved by donating books which are available for Rs 5000/- 11) International cycle rally is been arranged with district on 28 th May. Date will be reconfirmed with them again as it is clashing with Rotary convention at Melbourne

President updated on last week's project, viz., lecture at Swapnalaya, Eye-checkup at CKT school, Mementos to PP Dr. JNC and Dr. Yatish Merchant for generous donation for GG; 175 bags of blood collected in blood donation camp in synergy with Kutch Yuvak Sangh, Panvel Hindu Punjabi Community, various other Rotary clubs, etc. 7. PP Prakash S. updated on incoming elocution competition. 8. Rtn. Adv. Deepali updated about rules and marking system of elocution competition. 9. Trust Chairman PP Arvind invited for flag hoisting on Independence Day. 10. He also declared the committee for Trust Deed updation consisting of chairman, secretary, PP Prakash Shringarpure and PP V.C. Mhatre. 11. Other issues related to Trust to be decided in next Trust meeting. 12. Rtn. Vinod Gurme suggested the Trust budget be submitted in club before its approval. He also suggested that amended final Trust Deed to be presented in Club. 13. PP Chandrashekhar asked questions about how the seniority was decided on selection of the trustees. 14. He also updated the club about of formation of RMB - Rotary means Business. 15. Rtn. Madhuri Srinivas declared a prize of Rs. 2000 to the successful students of SSC of Rotary HIS. 16. PE Dr. Jay spoke about club's charter President Late Dr. Purushottam Jogalekar. 17. President updated the club about Platinum citation received in Club Admin Seminar. 18. Minutes of Meeting 1. Club Jt. Secretary Sunil read last BOD minutes Accepted by all members. Proposed : PP Varsha, Seconded PP Anil Sharma 2. Treasurer PP Atul informed that 13 members paid (Out of 31) their dues. He requested all members to pay before 31st of August 2022. 3. Club Admin Director PP Anil Sharma - Gave monthly program schedule. He declared that he will provide program schedule program on month to month. He requested all members to suggest ideas for Monsoon Picnic. He suggested to visit Chinmay Mission. Club President Vincent requested to come with more venues. PP Anil highlighted that at least two physical meetings in month for more assimilation. 4. Foundation Director Rajesh Abhang and club President Vincent appealed all board members to contribute. He suggested to contribute INR 2,500/- per month per members to achieve targeted aim. 5. Ongoing Project Director PP Chandru requested to provide list of our club ongoing project to study and work on it. Board members discussed on Thoran Village project. President Vincent suggested finding out possibility to visit Thoran Village and work on it. 6. CSR Director PP Bhausaheb requested Club President to give team to work on CSR. To prepare PPT to present with corporate. President Vincent gave few names (Jackson) to contact and discuss with them. 7. Director New Generation Rtn Alaknanda gave plan for two Interact clubs and one Rotaract Club. She explained that she is trying and discussing with S B Patil Collage Ravet. She has been given names to contact. 1) Gadhve Sir for H A School. 2) Shivaji School, Aundh. 3) Jai Hind High school to revive existing clubs. 8. Club Trainer PP Varsha suggested forming new Trust. It is very difficult to regular old trust. All board members unanimously agreed and gave all powers including financial power to Club President Vincent. Request club president to proceed to form new trust at earliest. He can spend money as per requirement without pre-informing to board members. New trust name also decided as RCTP Charitable Trust. 9. Director Service Project Rtn Rohal Shinde briefed about projects he planed a. Tree Plantation - PCNTDA Bhosari Circal 7. He explained to execute project he requires man power. He said he wants to execute the same with the help of students. b. CRPF : He further informed that 65 acres of land is available. With the help of synergy we can execute Tree Plantation Project before this month end. President Vincent requested to plan project on paper to get approval of BOD. c. Village Thoran : Rtn Rohal said we can work on Environment with educating general public. Teaching students about environment. Awareness of cleaning and maintaining environment. We can work on Carbon Footprint as signature project. 10. Any other point : With the permission of Club President Club President and Treasurer brought to notice of board members regarding financial shortfall in Installation Budget. There is big shortfall in Budget and actual expenses. They request Board members to give permission to pay dues (Shortfall) through club account. Board members discussed on this serious issue and requested Club Treasurer to work on it with the collection of club dues from all members. President Vincent express thanks to all members to attend BOD meeting and their support and cooperation.

Secretary Rtn Jyotsna Saraf made the Announcement. Rtn Girish Deshpande introduced Mr. Jay Panchpore. Mr. Jay said that there are hundreds of varieties of wheat bread available in the world. In Europe, America, Africa it is baked in a furnace and in Asia it is baked on a tandoor. Poli, tandoori roti pav is famous in India. Jai Uday Panchpore, a young entrepreneur who makes many breads in Pune like Savardo (America), Baguette (France), Foccia (Italy), Shokupan (Japan), gave detail information about the origin and production of different types of bread. Minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed by Secretary Radha. President Ujwal Congratulated Bulletin Team for bagging Silver Award in the District Seminar of Club Admin held on 6th August 2022, at Garden Court. We also received Platinum Award in maximum CPI marks on the District Website. President Congratulated Team Bulletin and Club Admin director Rtn. Sudhir Bapat, IT officer Rtn. Ramesh Purandare and Secretary Radha for their sincere efforts. President Ujwal updated the BOD about Rtn. Pradnya Kulkarni’s inability to continue as a primary contact of Telemedicine project. He also said that she is seriously doing follow-up on this subject and insisting on early action. Rtn. Radha Gokhale has quickly responded to the need of the club and shown her readiness to accept the responsibility. BOD appreciated her timely support. It has been also discussed that the project might handed over to other club for the project execution OR the money would be returned to RI and the project will get closed. TM Committee would take the decision on this during the meeting. Discussions with GG Chairman Rtn. Santosh Marathe is going on. He appealed to the Board of Directors and officers to bring maximum people to visit the Art for Charity project, an Exhibition of Painting and Workshop of painter Mr. Milind Mulick. He also asked all to attend in large nos on all the days and volunteer the project as the time permits. Sunetra said she would sponsor two students from our Interact club to the Painting workshop of Art of charity from Babamaharaj Sahasrabuddhe Vidyalay. President further said that till now 28 registrations are done for the painting workshop. On 14th Aug. 10 am ACP Barge, Ms. Chithade are attending the inauguration ceremony. Brunch will be served on the same day. Drawing material to the participants of painting workshop would be provided by us. Fees would be Rs. 2500 per participant. Rtn. Atul raised the topic of the small projects and the provision of funds from the Trust account. It has been suggested that small service projects, which are of benefit to the community at large would be funded by RCPP Trust. Rs. 1 lac would be kept aside for the execution of such projects. Limit of such useful small projects would be Rs. 15 to 20K. So we can execute at least 4 to 5 projects in a year with these funds with a prior approval of BOD. Used funds from the trust can be deposited back by raising the funds by fund raising projects or CSR donations. It would be a collective responsibility of the BOD. If such projects are presented to the BOD for an approval, BOD should respond within 48 hours otherwise the project would be considered as approved. Deepak Kelkar said that he was asking BOD to take up the activity of distributing Tricolour flags to the club members on behalf of club on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav but no one responded on that. Secretary Radha apologised on behalf of BOD for not responding and assured that next time onwards BOD will certainly respond in time. Bank of Maharashtra application forms for generating QR code were handed over to Club Treasurer Dinesh and Trust Treasurer Ramesh. They need to submit to the bank for getting the QR codes for respective bank accounts" – By Rtn.Sudhir Bapat Treasurer Dinesh. Dinesh said that he has recently received Cheque book and completed the formalities of change of signatories. All the bills are pending to be settled. He was discussing on Net banking and most of the BOD members suggested to pay by cheques or Cash upto Rs. 5k. He also informed to the BOD that the Installation Budget is exceeding by Rs. 15 to 20K. Members said that whatever happened is happened now. We will clear the bills from Club account. Next year onwards we will stick to the budget and will see that the expenses are done within the budget. Community Service Avenue. – Director Atul Atul said that he is not recommending the project Ranga Gandha for Visually impaired children, due to its heavy cost. He presented one new project under Global Grant. Diabetic Ratino Therapy. RC Parvati is ready to become project partner. Cost of the project is Rs. 37 lacs. Pune Pride can be a primary contact for this project as it is initiated by Rtn. Parag Mulye. Pune pride will have to contribute approximately Rs. 4.00 lacs as its contribution. $5250 would be RC Parvati’s contribution $5250 Pune Pride Contribution $ 2000 contribution by International Club $ 8000 World fund contribution Remaining our district contribution Rtn. Sudhir said that we should do the projects aligning with our vision mission statement like child care, women empowerment etc. President Ujwal said will let you know his opinion after 20th August as he is quite occupied with upcoming projects. Rtn. Subodh said that we should find some good innovative projects. Niranjan, Atul, Radha, Sunetra, Deepak, said yes to the project. Sunetra and Atul said that we should encourage such kind of one time equipment donation projects because we do not have manpower to execute long term time committed projects. President Ujwal said that if Majority of BOD is supporting this GG project then he will have a word with Parag about funding for this project. Vocational Service : Rtn. Sunetra Mankani Sunetra informed BOD about requirement of Babamaharaj Satarkar School’s requirement of school fees for the underprivileged students. BOD said if required we can approve 20 K from our trust for this project. Then it was suggested that we will appeal our Annets who are earning now, to contribute this project. Then members started giving names of annets who are interested in this project. Palavi Kele- 5 k Sushrut – 5 k Sanat and Sakshi – 7 k Mayuresh – 5 k It was decided to appeal to rest of the annets to complete this project. Sunetra further informed to the BOD that Rs. 4 lacs are deposited in Trust account from A4 Technologies. Rtn. Pradnya Kulkarni has transferred these funds from her CSR to offer scholarships to the needy students appeal by Maharashtra Times. It was suggested by BOD that next time onwards we will request her to dedicate some funds for our projects too. Membership Avenue – Rtn. Niranjan Magikar Rtn. Avinash Jape is inducted so far. Radha suggested that we will have one meeting with Parents of Rotractors. We may get some members out of this efforts. 27th August we would be planning for at least Two Inductions. He updated all about upcoming events and official meetings. New Generation – YOUTH : Vaishali Deo Rtn. Vaishali Deo could not attend meeting but she sent her report to present to the BOD. 1. Interact installation on 23rd July in both schools, district chair leekha hinge, co chair Rupali Bajaj, Prince Paul were present. 2. Rotaractors participated with district did project Dhaga to raise fund for district. 3. Rotaractors participated in blood donation camp with parent club. 4. Interact club 1st activity workshop kundan rangoli was conducted in both schools on 6th August. 5. Rotaractors prepared tiranga rakhi and today we went to military paraplegic centre and we celebrated raksha bandhan with soldiers. 6. Rotaract club installation is fixed on 26th August Friday. As we have discussed before we will give them ₹5000/- for installation. 7. Food Donation Drive Date : 24/07/2022 Rotract Club of Pune Pride conducted a food donation drive in collaboration with RC Pune Warje and donated food packets to the underprivileged Meeting was closed before Dinner at the Cafetaria of MCCIA. BOD Thanked Club Admin director Sudhir for arranging good venue for the meeting. It was decided to have BOD meetings at the same venue as the food was good and the proper privacy was there to conduct the meeting. We had a good photo session once meeting was over.

Interact club 1st activity workshop kundan rangoli was conducted in both schools on 6th August. 5. Rotaractors prepared tiranga rakhi and today we went to military paraplegic centre and we celebrated raksha bandhan with soldiers. 6. Rotaract club installation is fixed on 26th August Friday. As we have discussed before we will give them ₹5000/- for installation. 7. Food Donation Drive Date : 24/07/2022 Rotract Club of Pune Pride conducted a food donation drive in collaboration with RC Pune Warje and donated food packets to the underprivileged Meeting was closed before Dinner at the Cafetaria of MCCIA. BOD Thanked Club Admin director Sudhir for arranging good venue for the meeting. President Ujwal Congratulated Bulletin Team for bagging Silver Award in the District Seminar of Club Admin held on 6th August 2022, at Garden Court. We also received Platinum Award in maximum CPI marks on the District Website. President Congratulated Team Bulletin and Club Admin director Rtn. Sudhir Bapat, IT officer Rtn. Ramesh Purandare and Secretary Radha for their sincere efforts. President Ujwal updated the BOD about Rtn. Pradnya Kulkarni’s inability to continue as a primary contact of Telemedicine project. He also said that she is seriously doing follow-up on this subject and insisting on early action. Rtn. Radha Gokhale has quickly responded to the need of the club and shown her readiness to accept the responsibility. BOD appreciated her timely support. It has been also discussed that the project might handed over to other club for the project execution OR the money would be returned to RI and the project will get closed. TM Committee would take the decision on this during the meeting. Discussions with GG Chairman Rtn. Santosh Marathe is going on. He appealed to the Board of Directors and officers to bring maximum people to visit the Art for Charity project, an Exhibition of Painting and Workshop of painter Mr. Milind Mulick. He also asked all to attend in large nos on all the days and volunteer the project as the time permits. Sunetra said she would sponsor two students from our Interact club to the Painting workshop of Art of charity from Babamaharaj Sahasrabuddhe Vidyalay. President further said that till now 28 registrations are done for the painting workshop. On 14th Aug. 10 am ACP Barge, Ms. Chithade are attending the inauguration ceremony.
