Minutes of Meeting	Attendees: Rtn. Hussain Bhopalwala (HB) Rtn. Shabbir Poonawala (SP) Rtn. Sameer Mane Rtn. Hemant Murarker Rtn. Ilyas Hussain Rtn. Rashida Ansari Rtn. Abbas Shambhoora (AS) HB started the meeting and mentioned only few donors list has been recommended by Rotarians. He requested all to submit Donors name Fund Transfer from outside India I.e. thru FCNR. All members had discussion on to find out the way to obtain funds from outside India thru FCNR. AAS was assigned to contact Pune Cantonment Club and obtain procedures for obtaining donors fund via FCNR It was further discussed about Project Parameters and also all attendees had briefly proposed Project list. It was noticed that all proposed projects are outside our 31311 district. It was decided that to start with, need to start project within our 31311 District Meeting ended at around 8:30 PM

Minutes of Meeting	We met at MCCI, at 7 pm for fellowship and a Club Assembly Meeting. Some glimpses of the meeting held on 5th Dec for electing the nomination committee. Minutes of Meeting	The meeting started with Secretary Vinayak welcoming the board members and the invitees. Secretory Vinayak read the MOM of 5th BOD meeting held on 9th Nov 2022. All were informed about the motive of inviting for BOD meeting. The agenda of the Sixth meeting read by Secretory Vinayak. 1. Took a review of the Club fees & trust contribution received so far and decide course of action to expedite the process for 100% collection. Most of the members have paid the fees except 3 members who are not yet paid. Treasure Sachin updated the board about the list of members who has paid the Club Fees and Trust contribution for RY 22 – 23. It is decided that the board members will appeal to members, who have not paid and ensure that all dues of the club are collected. 2. Global Grand Project - It has been decided to wait for the response from local club Pune University ($1000) and Pune North ($2000) contribution and then upload for the approval to RI 3. Eye checkup Camp project- Rtn. Vinayak updated about planning and arrangement for second eye checkup camp with the help of Seva Arogya Foundation at LaxmiNagar Vasti Near Dahanukar Colony. He appealed all BOD members to be a part of a camp. He will confirm the venue date and time on the main group to invite members of the club. 4. President Abhay elaborated the outline of fund raining project of Painting competition to BOD. Proposal is sent to HR infotech association and waiting for their approval on the same. 5. President Abhay put a cost estimate for RYLA to be conducted at ShivBhumi Vidyalay in association with Dhyas Foundation. President Abhay is going to conduct RYLA on career guidance for 9th and 10th students. Approx. budget of 5000/- for snacks to the students and lunch with dignitaries. BOD approved the budget. 6. Discussed on Bavarchi day: It was suggested that visit will be made to Farmhouse (Sukh Agro Farm Near village Kikvi Pune Satara Road. Rtn Govind Bahirat, President Abhay and Secretory Vinayak will visit on the RYLA day and finalized it. 7. Rtn. Vivek Ratnalikar and Rtn Satish Sataskar were present in the meeting to brief BOD about Chess competition to be organized as a fund-raising project with Pune Chess association. BOD asked Rtn. Vivek to prepare details plan of the expenditure and revenue generation. BOD suggested to consider PYC gymkhana as a possible venue for the competition. 8. Trainer Rtn. Vinod had suggested to appeal NRI annates of the club to contribute to RI foundation. BOD appreciates the idea and Foundation Director Rtn Hemant will appeal to concern members. 9. Secretory Vinayak ended the meeting with thanking all BOD members to attend the meeting. President Abhay offered the fellowship. BOD Members express gratitude towards his gesture.
