| Minutes of Meeting | AGM started at 7.30 pm but due to insufficient quorum, it was suspended till 8.00 pm and then started with available quorum of members. PP Sudhir Darvhekar was invited as Presiding Officer for this meeting. After national anthem sung together by all, healthy discussion went on 2 valid suggestions for amendment in Club Bye-Laws. Later it was decided the as per RI practice, Leave of Absence will be permitted only in case of severe/chronic illness & transfer of member and secondly once the member is inducted as Rotarian, he should serve this club at least for a period of 5 years. The meeting was followed by tasty Pav-Bhaji dinner at Mayur Hotel. |
