| Minutes of Meeting | मधुरभाव या पिंपळेनिलख स्थित वृद्धाश्रम केंद्रात (old age care centre) रविवार ९ जुलै रोजी आमच्या क्लबमधील काही सदस्य व श्री. देवेंद्र भिडे - सौ. रेणूका भिडे यांचा अभिवाचनाचा कार्यक्रम झाला. संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाला सुमारे ५० आजी आजोबा उपस्थित होते. तीन उत्तम मराठी कथांचे अभिवाचन झाले. क्लब सभासदांसहित सगळे खूप खूष होते. संस्थापक श्रीमती अंजली देशपांडे, त्यांचा मुलगा हर्षद आणि त्यांची टीम या आजी आजोबांची काळजी घेण्याचे अप्रतिम कार्य करत आहेत ?? . कार्यक्रमानंतर सर्वांसाठी क्लबतर्फे सुग्रास स्नेहभोजन आयोजित केले होते. त्याचा सगळ्यांनी आस्वाद घेतला. “मधुरभाव” हे एक आवर्जून भेट देण्याचे ठिकाण आहे. सांगण्यास आनंद होते की समाजकार्य हे ज्यांचे रोजचे काम आहे, ते श्री. हर्षद देशपांडे आता आमच्या क्लबचे सदस्य आहेत. आणि मधुरभाव च्या आजी-आजोबांसमोरच याचं दिवशी त्यांनी रोटरीचे शपथग्रहण देखील केले. त्यांचे आमच्या क्लबचे सभासद होणे ही आमच्यासाठी अभिमानास्पद गोष्ट आहे. |

Installation ceremony of new President Yogesh Bhangale, Secretary Tejshree Patil & BOD was on 9 th July in Very Grand way Program started with National anthem followed by four way test, DGE Shital & dignitaries began the ceremony by lighting of lamp traditional Indian way. IPP Smeeta Shitole Presented her tenure's highlights concluding with felicitating outgoing BOD. DGE Shital Shah installed new President Yogesh Bhangale, Secretary Tejshree Patil & BOD followed by Prez. Yogesh narrating his vision and mission of the club. AG Prashant Siddha promised full support in taking club forward. DGE Shital Shah addressed the august gathering about Rotary objectives it's contribution towards the global organisation.He appealed to the croud to do their bit and contribute in terms of Funds,Time and Service towards the needy beneficiaries. Prez. Yogesh adjourned meeting after Vote of thanks by PE Shilpa Shinde Total headcount was 110, fellowship lasted till 11:30 pm . President Yogesh sponsored all expenses above club allocation of Rs 50000. |

| Minutes of Meeting | . Opening and Welcome The meeting was called to order by President Dr. Umesh D Falak at 9.30 am. He welcomed all the board members present. 2. Financial Update President Dr. Umesh D Falak informed the board that the Trust currently has a balance of Rs. 1,13,833/-. Due to a shortage of funds, he announced that he will donate Rs. 10,000/- to the Trust. He appealed to all BOD members and Club members to contribute to the Trust for ongoing projects. 3. Donation from Bahuli School It was informed by IPP Dr. Amit Andre, that Bahuli School, our new Interact School, has pledged to donate Rs. 25,000/- to the Trust. The board expressed gratitude for their support. 4. Global Grant Update The board was informed that all formalities for the last Global Grant have been completed and it is expected to close soon. Following its closure, efforts will be made to follow up on the next Global Grant for the Happy School project. 5. Club Finances In the absence of the Treasurer, President Dr. Umesh D Falak presented the figures from last year's Balance Sheet and discussed the details of all income and expenses incurred during the previous year. The opening Balance as on 1-7-2022 was Rs. 1,32,133/-. Balance as on 30-6-2023 is Rs. 18,625/-. IPP Dr. Amit Andre presented bills of Rs. 30,500/- for payment on account of expenses incurred during his tenure. The BOD sanctioned the payment to IPP, which will be processed once the Treasurer returns. Since more expenses were incurred than budgeted on meetings/ fellowships and non-receipt of fees from certain members, expenses during the year went above the receipts. Regrettably, we had to remove three members from our group because they did not fulfil their dues payment obligations. 6. Induction of New Members The board agreed that for the induction of new members, printed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be provided, and an application form will be taken. Prospective members will be required to attend at least two meetings before their actual induction. 7. Acceptance of Past Rotarians Vikas Tople informed the board about two past Rotarians from other clubs who expressed their interest in joining the club. The BOD agreed to accept them as members. 8. Cervical Cancer Vaccinations A total of 300 cervical cancer vaccinations from the previous year's project were discussed. Alkatai, the medical Co-Director, will coordinate with Bahuli School and Pratham NGO for administering the vaccinations. 9. Announcement of Moms of BOD As per RI regulations, the moms of BOD members will be informed in a common group and announced during a business meet of every month. 10.Installation of Interact Clubs The installation of five Interact Clubs was discussed. During the installation ceremony, a medical project such as oral checkups, dental care, or any relevant initiative will be planned. 11.Pediatric Surgery The board announced that the first pediatric surgery will be conducted in the current month. An MOU needs to be made with the CSR partner who has committed to supporting 20 surgeries throughout the year. 12.Non-Medical Service Project The Aerators project, a non-medical service project, was discussed. Each member will inform their respective societies and confirm the number of participants during this month. 13.Tree Plantation The board expressed its intention to plan a tree plantation event at either Wajeghar or Varvand. Further details will be worked out shortly. 14. Monsoon Trip An overnight monsoon excursion to Mahabaleshwar has been organized for the dates of July 29th and 30th. The cost for this trip is Rs. 4,000, which needs to be paid in advance and is non-refundable. Payment can be made through Google Pay to the number 9545770058 (Ketki Falak) or in cash, no later than July 15th, 2023. 15.Fellowship Expenses To cover fellowship expenses of BOD meetings, it was decided that each BOD member will initially contribute Rs. 1000/- via GPay to the Secretary, Sarita Goenka, on her number 9370000062. 16.Next BOD Meeting will be held on Sunday 6th August. 17.Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 11 am. |

| Minutes of Meeting | रौप्य महोत्सवी वर्षातील प्रेसिडेंट लता व तिची BoD पदग्रहण समारंभ काल प्रेसिडेंट लता आणि तिची BoD यांचा पदग्रहण समारंभ अतिशय उत्साहात पार पडला. समारंभ व्यवस्थित पार पाडण्यासाठी BoD मधील सर्व सदस्यांनी खूप मेहनत घेतली. हॉलच्या सजावटीकरिता देवाने घेतलेले निर्णय, कष्ट आणि कल्पकता याचे खूप कौतुक झाले. दृष्ट लागण्यासारखा सजला होता काल सेवासदन हॉल! फुग्यांचा रंग आपल्या यावर्षीच्या रोटरी लोगो ला साजेसा होता. ? अवंतीने रांगोळी साठी सुचविलेल्या बसवराज याच्या रांगोळीची खूप वाहवा झाली. कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात जुईली लागू यांच्या अतिशय सुरेख गणेश वंदना ने झाली. ? त्याचप्रमाणे MoC म्हणून अनुराधा व सतीशने अतिशय छान काम केले, कार्यक्रमात सुसूत्रता आणली. गिरीश काळे यांनी कुलगुरू डॉ. सुरेश गोसावी यांना Guest of Honour म्हणून आमंत्रित केले. देवा, सुधीर आणि सुनीलने सर्व DGN, District Officers ना निमंत्रित करून त्यांची सर्व व्यवस्था चोख पाहिली. Ann श्रेया आपटे, रंजना रांदेर, संजीवनी जोशी, अवंती यांनी पाहुण्यांचे छान स्वागत केले. एकूणच कार्यक्रम देखणा झाला. सर्वात कडी म्हणजे कालच्या कार्यक्रमाला १४०+ लोकांची उपस्थिती होती. रौप्यमहोत्सवी वर्षांची सुरुवात असल्याने क्लबने मागील २५ वर्षातील निमंत्रित करून त्यांचा यथोचित सन्मान केला. तसेच क्लबमध्ये २५ वर्षे पूर्ण केलेल्या सभासदांचा पण सत्कार केला. २५ वर्षातील महत्वाचे प्रोजेक्ट्सचे फोटो लावले होते. आजच्या निमित्ताने ३ lady rotarians ना क्लबच्या परिवारात सामावून घेतले. पदग्रहण समारंभानिमित्त साद-प्रतिसाद या अंकाचे प्रकाशन केले. संपादक तुषार आचार्य व श्रीकांत बेडेकर आहेत. फाउंडेशन डायरेक्टर साधनाने काल USD 4400+ रकमेचे फाउंडेशन साठी आपल्या मेंबर्स कडून declaration घेतले आणि यावर्षीच्या टार्गेट पेक्षाही जास्त रक्कम जमा करण्याची हमी घेतली. ग्रेट साधना ? . आपला क्लब CSR Fund साठी प्रसिद्ध आहे. दीपक ने काल ZS Associate कडून Robotex साठी रू. 45 लाखांचा CSR मिळवला. ? कालचा कार्यक्रम सुरू होण्यापूर्वीची चविष्ट फेलोशिपची व्यवस्था अलका व शरद ने छान पार पाडली. ? कालचा कार्यक्रम सुरळीत पार पाडण्यासाठी साठी Admin Director स्वाती रांजेकरनी खूप मेहनत घेतली व कार्यक्रम यशस्वी केला. ? शरद लागू यांनी लॅपटॉपची व्यवस्था चोख बजावली. ☑️ सुनील व स्नेहा ने पाहुण्यांसाठी गिफ्ट, केटरींग व्यवस्था छान पार पाडली. ? मिलिंद ने CSR पार्टनर Vitesco Technologies Pvt Ltd चे प्रतिनिधी आरती, शिव विद्या प्रतिष्ठान चे शिल्पा, संतोष सर यांना निमंत्रित करून कार्यक्रमाची शोभा वाढविली. ? लता च्या आग्रहाखातर डिनर साठी खास डिंगणकर केटरर्स ना बोलावून फेलोशिप कमिटी (व्यंकटेश/सुमेधा) यांनी छान मेन्यू ठरविला. ?? नवीन वर्षाचा पहिलाच कार्यक्रम पार पाडण्यासाठी जागेअभावी उल्लेख न करू शकलेल्या खूप जणांचा यात सहभाग आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे आपण सर्वांनी कालच्या कार्यक्रमाला उपस्थित (१४०+) राहून रंगत आणलीत.
