| Minutes of Meeting | On 12th July President Rtn. Minal Avachat along with her BOD were installed in Lokmanya Sabhagruha, Kesari Wada. The chief guest was DR Rtn. Manjoo Phadke. IPP Rtn. Madhuri Kulkarni narrated glimpses of last Rotary year and felicitated members who had done exemplary work in her Rotary year. After installing all the BOD members at the hands of DG Rtn. Manjoo Phadke, President Minal Avachat informed the various activities planned in coming Rotary year. Two new members were inducted in our Midtown family. New Foundation Donors were felicitated by giving new pin to them by DG. Some old members who are regular donor of the club were also felicitated. Annet Ravi Raut was given the PHF pin at the hands of DG Manjoo Phadke. After introduction of DG by AG Rtn. Sunita Shirgopi, DG Manjoo informed the Focus areas of District. She also explained few new initiatives started by her in the district. PE Rtn. Sheetal Patwardhan gave Vote of Thanks. The programme was followed by dinner. Distinguished District Directors and Officers from District also graced the celebration. |

Elearning kits: Schools in need of the kits to be identified. 200 kits to be distributed. Global Grant Update Global Grant for PHC is approved. Global Grant for Happy School is approved Need to raise a $6000 contribution for the global grant from our club,$3000 already raised. CSR: 3 projects to be undertaken under the CSR fund - Lead by Mandar Kadam a)Anganwadi Project -Schools to be shortlisted and the need analysis report to be submitted by 22nd July. One of the schools to be considered is from Mohol Vasti. Team:Ajey,Keataan,Bhooshan,Manan,Kaustubh,Vaishali Barve,Gita Mistry. b)Drinking water project: To identify 10-15 villages for implementing this project.Mandar Kadam to speak to Mukul Madhav foundation. c)Heart Surgery:Deepa mam to speak with Emcure Pharma and also trying for GG from Philadeiphia. Project report for all the above projects needs to be drafted. CPR phase two: 2 AED Installations - ShivajiNagar Police Station -Charity Office Caroline Johnson visit: Expenditure around 7-8K approved by the club for the meeting at PYC. Scholarship: NO new applications to be accepted.Only existing ones to be continued. Cervical Cancer Vaccination: Dr Umesh Shaligram has promised us to provide 2000 doses free of cost. If this vaccine is covered under the government immunization scheme later on, then we can assist them in administering the vaccines. Rtn Neelam Nerkar announced district environment project where they are providing aerator for 50 only. but minimum pieces to be taken is 250 for it. 12. President also said every club member should also use compost kit at home which is very Enironmental support and doesn't even smell. 13. Rcpit aerator project promotion to be done outside Sahil Enterprises. 14. Neelam Nerkar suggested to take part in green Friday initiative of rotary. 15. Plastic recycling project every month end. 16. On sept thermically recycling project to be done during Ganpati festivals 17. Books recycling project to be done at VK High School 18. Rtn Deepali Bohra suggested women participation to be increased in rotary club, so she suggested to induct new women in club. 19. We are planning for tree plantation of Ashoka trees at barns school with basanti jain group 20. Kalpesh suggested csr have projects on carpenter training for 10 days for 20 people and training place to be given at RcPit Trust Building. 21. President, Rtn Neelam and Rtn Arvind suggested training can't be taken at stilt atea beacuse it will damage tiles, students also play during evening time and if some nails or other remaining can hur them. 22. President briefed BoD about activities so far which includes President’s installation ceremony, MCMP activity at Hutatama Rajguru school and M H Patel school 4. President briefed team about idea of creating a film on MCMP 5. President appealed members to suggest venue for breakfast meeting. Some of the probable venue discussed were Austin Restaurant, Multi Spice Restaurant, Atithi Restaurant, Hotel Centro etc. 6. President briefed members on events lined up for July and Aug 7. IPP Atul informed members regarding visit of Carolyn Johnson to Vinzer project on 20th July 8. Treasurer Yogesh shared bank balances which are as follows: SVC account: INR 500700 Indian bank:INR 245595 Axis Bank (Trust account): INR 378470 9. It was discussed that some dues of RY 22-23 are still pending. It was proposed and approved that IPP Atul, President Vishnu, Rtn. Rajesh and Treasurer Yogesh will meet and finalize details. 10. The net carry forward from RY 22-23 to Ry 23-24 will be clear after the above mentioned dues are paid. 11. Treasurer Yogesh briefed the board about the membership fees received so far and also about fees pending from 4 members. It was proposed and approved that President and Treasuer will speak with these members regarding fees payment. 12. President proposed and it was approved to have business group for members only and Katta group for members and spouses. 13. President proposed and it was approved to have dedicated awards for Anns contributions 14. It was decided that Project updates as well as meeting information to informed on both business and Katta groups 15. It was proposed and approved that Both SVC bank and Indian bank account tobe continued 16. Its resolved that Global Grant and CSR Account to be closed 17. President and MCMP Project Director Priyanka briefed the board regarding various quotation received towards website development of MCMP, UI/UX development for MCMP website, creation of Youtube channel for MCMP (3 episodes), budget for MCMP promotion kits, MCMP demo kits , MCMP jingle development. 18. It’s estimated that the total expenses for above activities for MCMP will be around INR 1.6 Lacs. Board approved this budget 19. Rtn. Shantanu Mohile suggested that meeting to be done with Mr. Sanjay Khandelwal of Radio city regarding MCMP. 20. Rtn. Shantanu Mohile suggested tie up with some newspaper for MCMP promotion 21. Rtn. Shantanu Mohile gave suggestions to have good internal PI and also improving attendance. 22. MCMP Project Director Priyanka briefed the board following future activities of MCMP: • 22nd July, 28th July , 5th Aug - Events at various schools • Shantanu D.to connect with 80 schools • 6th August - Presentation of MCMP with COPS and probable tie up 23. It was agreed to approach for Sponsorship for MCMP project from 25th July 24. Service director Shantanu Deshpande suggested members to work with school and offer them bouquet of various activities like RYLA, Happy Schools, MCMP,RYE,PACE, sessions on Good Touch Bad touch etc 25. Shantanu D. suggested to use students for MCMP promotion and fund raiser through the same. This to be explored further 26. Inter District service projects between RCPU and Rotary club of Sangli to be explored 27. Following activities discussed in the area of Service Projects- Medical • Camps for eye screening for cataract surgery projects • Vision camp at NIS by Kedar • Medical camps for rural area to be explored 28. New Generation director Rajesh briefed about following planned activities: • Modern college Rotract club office bearers election and installation • Interact clubs - installation dates tobe freezed in discussion with school • BMCC rotract club formation meeting tobe arranged • 2 days RYLA for D Y Patil college can be planned 29. Due to very poor response from Arneshwar school, board decided to close the interact club of that school 30. Board approved formation of new interact club at Bharti Vidyabhavan school 31. TRF Director Yogesh briefed members about CSR conference and it was decided that planning for the same to be done ASAP 32. Rtn. Amit Mungale will connect with Ms. Ankita Sanghvi from Mercedes Benz for CSR purpose 33. Rtn. Rajesh briefed that dates for visit to ZP School Yahali for distribution of uniforms and kits to be planned 34. It was decided to explore some other organisations also for CSR 35. Rtn.Yogesh informed that Media Ocean CSR will continue 36. PI Director Shantanu Mohile appealed members to look for potential celebrity who can act as MCMP brand Ambassador 37. All potential members were discussed by Membership director Amruta. Board members suggested few more names and it was discussed that Amruta will coordinate with all prospective members. 38. Vocational director Aakansha to explore meeting with Miss Dhara for MCMP Symposium 39. For Vocational visits following organizations tobe explored: • Duroshox • Rtn. Nitin Dhamale factory • Chitale Bhilavadi plant • Rtn. Rajesh Bhosale factory 40. IT officer Tanmay will work on members information on RI and 3131 website 41. All projects information will be kept on shared folder 42. Trainer Ajit appriaciated all the action plans and gave the mantra of “Walk the Talk” to all the members. 43.
