| Minutes of Meeting | 1. The minutes of the last meeting were read by Rtn. Aditya Joshi 2. Budgeting of projects from July to December 2023 from RCPE Trust - Not discussed. 3. Planning and Responsibility delegation for Installation Ceremony - Brief agenda for the ceremony was discussed. Responsibilities were delegated to respective Rotarians and Anns. Detailed Agenda and Flow of the event will be shared in the group soon. 4. Any other matter ? Rotary Garden: Ann Poorva Joshi presented a brief presentation on Rotary Garden. She explained the SWOT Analysis, the need for this project, the outcome of the project, and different themes we can incorporate within the garden and make it a Landmark of Panvel. The members present liked the concepts and also gave their input to make a better proposal. The members present have appointed Ann Poorva Joshi to lead this project and form a committee to take it forward. ? Club Monsoon Fellowship: Rtn. Ashish Mehta has brought us a great deal for this year's Club Monsoon Fellowship on the eve of Friendship's Day, Sunday 6th Aug 2023 at Nandibaug Resorts, Karjat. IPP Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite has been appointed the Chairman for the fellowship and Rtn. Ashish Mehta is the Co-Chairman. The details of the fellowship shall follow soon. ? Rotaract Installation Ceremony: Rtn. Aditya Joshi invited all the Rotarians to the installation ceremony of the Rotaract Club of Panvel Elite on Saturday, 15th July from 7 PM onwards at Panvel Gymkhana on behalf of Rotaract President Rtr. Samruddhi Munot. 12 Member Proposals were kept in the board for approval |

After National Anthem and Four way test President presented the report of projects done and future plans. Annet Sidhhu presented his experience as RYE student. The room was opened for housie after under guidance of Rtn Milind Kanitkar and Rtn Vilas Ravande. Many guest were present some of them are prospective members. All enjoyed the housie game.
