| Minutes of Meeting | Event Recap: The Rotary Club Family Picnic at Sankruti Agro Tourism, Patharwadi, Chakan, Pune, was an unforgettable day filled with joy, camaraderie, and nature's beauty. Rotary Club members and their families came together to enjoy a day away from the city, and it turned out to be a remarkable experience for all. Event Highlights: Scenic Bliss: Sankruti Agro Tourism provided a picturesque backdrop with its lush greenery and serene surroundings. Families immersed themselves in the tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Adventure and Fun: The day kicked off with thrilling activities, including zip-lining that got hearts racing. Tractor rides through the scenic landscapes and nature walks allowed participants to connect with nature. Cultural Extravaganza: The cultural performances featuring traditional folk dance and music showcased the vibrant culture of rural Maharashtra, leaving everyone captivated. Farm Exploration: Families had the unique opportunity to explore the dairy farm, where they witnessed the milking process, interacted with farm animals, and even tried their hand at farming activities. It was a great educational experience. Culinary Delights: The sumptuous buffet featured an array of local and regional dishes prepared using fresh, farm-to-table ingredients. It was a culinary journey through the flavors of Maharashtra. Picnic Games: Friendly competitions, including sack races and tug-of-war, added an element of fun and excitement. Winners received prizes and certificates as tokens of their achievements. Rotary Information was given by Secretary Asmita on history of first RYLA. Chief Guest Parag Pimpalkhare was introduced by Rtn Rajeev Deshpande. Mr Parag then briefed us on Madhavrao Peshwa’s life, important incidences in his short life, some facts & findings and his struggle. Vote of thanks was proposed by Ann Tanvi Thatte. | Minutes of Meeting | Members of RCP Deccan Gymkhana travelled to Velhe village on 12 Aug 2023 car pool option adopted in the morning 6 am onwards, On the way we have enjoyed beatiful scenic area of Kokan Rajgarh ,we have planted few trees with our own hands with help of villagers and later villagers planted the trees on behalf of our club all 2000 tree consists of different plants like jambhul, vadh, rose, etc Our Member Rtn Sanjay and Jaya Dapodikar sponsored all the cost for Trees and food during the visit as well as remuneration of villagers if any for plantation of tree, we have planned to form a first RCC of our club in velhe. we enjoyed food in local restaurant and came back to pune by evening 5 pm. |

Her profile put before members speaks out her rotary involvement in the past years when she was In Mumbai before her marriage. Membership director Rtn. Sushil and also President spoke with her online during Google Meet. President informed club members that Half Yearly RI dues of the year 2023-24 Rs. 37252.60 was paid by NEFT from Club’s Current Account with Federal Bank Pimpri branch on 28.07.2023 as per Invoice no. 000064464 dated 01.07.2023 of RI. On 28.08.2023 TARANGAN for Prospective members being August is Membership month. Accordingly, on 20.08.2023 Club members and Rotary Anns and new prospective members are going to participate in it. Detailed program will be shared by President in this week. President also updated about audit of our club’s accounts for the rotary year 2022-23 (up to 30.06.2023) and accordingly matter will be taken up shortly before OCV. President also will fix suitable day and date for his and BoD members installation shortly.
