1. President Surekha welcomed BOD for the meeting. Appreciation of Secretary for completion of Change Report for 23-24.

President – Rtn. Surekha
- Updated on upcoming plans for projects and programs.
Treasurer – Rtn. Shilpa
- ACP project expense of 10K needs to be adjusted
- Monthly meeting expenses overview is given in treasurer report for Jan'23 and all expenses are within the budget
- District event accounts – Surekha to share the details with Shilpa
Club Admin – Rtn. Mohan
- Felicitation of Jan Saarthi’s for January program
- 10-Feb –Not good response so far, might drop this idea
- 22-Feb – DG Visit – Deepak Bodhani convenor – planned at SNDT, plan B is to do it at Ganesh Sabhagruha
- Road trip planned is going ahead with 5 couples + 2
- Last week of May - exchange with one of Vishakhapatnam club – friendship exchange
Service Projects – Rtn. Madhavi and Rtn. Reshma
- GG is in approval stage for Borewell project. Review in progress
- Happy School - CSR with Atos is in progress
- Cataract approval – 18K from existing un-utilized project
- Project by Rotaract club – 5 schools (interact + Happy School) – 8-Feb
- Looking for sponsorship for incinerator at schools
- ‘Bolkya bhinti’ – need volunteers for getting requirements of contents from 1-8 standard to make the flex
- Project - Dongargaav village – mats for kusti – 2,50,000 need sponsors – Reshma to send details for the project – Send appeal to everyone on Business group
- HIV mela project – 25K is budgeted, total expenses are 60K. Appeal to the members for remaining amount.
Foundation – Rtn. Bhavana
- Appeal to members to donate before DG visit
- $7223 – collected so far, Makarand and Shobhana have committed, Annet Priyadarshan $100, Annet Shreya has also committed

- PMC follow-up and sending letter and hand it over if possible this week

- Inducting 3 members during DG visit – Neha, Anagha Kulkarni + Bhalchandra Joshi – couple membership
- Asked BOD to talk to existing members to ensure that they continue next year as well
- Look at regular meeting of time to shift a little later to probably ensure more attendance

- 9 bulletins published so far
- Feb bulletin to be done during DG visit – bulletin – project related and overall programs – RCPM participation in District events, District level members contribution to be shared, planned for rest of the year to be shared as well – 10/12 Feb, admin activities – fellowship, programs and meetings highlights
- Project bulletin in June before last bulletin during installation

- Closure of Cervical Cancer GG project (From Bhavana’s year)
- Anubandh project – planned camps in coming month – MOU is signed and approved by BOD
