Minutes of Meeting	The interview with audio Visual slides, short clips explained various aspects of Managing the real events and issues before a good piece of art is presented before the public for viewing. We hardly have any idea as to how many things go into making even a very small piece of Art. People, their moods, inter human relations, their unusual behaviour , last moment difficulties and so on and so forth. One agency ( or rather a person) has to handle these diverse situations so that the final out come is achieved to the satisfaction of every stake holder. Really a very tricky job !! These aspects were revealed thru audio visual presentations, photographs and some anecdotes.
