| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting began with a warm welcome to all attendees at Rtn. Manish Khirud's Farmhouse. Members of the Rotary Club of Pune Camp, Rotaractors, and exchange students were acknowledged and welcomed to the picnic. The agenda for the day was outlined, focusing on team-building activities and lunch. Various team-building activities were organized, including games and exercises aimed at fostering camaraderie and teamwork among attendees. Participants enthusiastically engaged in the activities, promoting interaction and bonding among members and guests. Following the team-building activities, lunch was served, providing an opportunity for further socializing and enjoyment of the picturesque surroundings. Members expressed appreciation for the opportunity to relax and connect outside of regular meetings, strengthening the sense of community within the Rotary Club and with affiliated organizations. Any announcements or upcoming events were briefly discussed during the picnic. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to Rtn. Manish Khirud for hosting the picnic and to all attendees for their participation and enthusiasm. |

March : On the occasion of Women’s Day our club will be organizing a Medical Camp for Women and felicitating few women who have contributed for the welfare of our society. Members decided to Organize a dental camp for girls of Vidhyarthi Sahayk Smiti. Dr Richa will lead this project. Date 10th March. Felicitation of Women from our society who all have done a difference to this society by contributing in various fields. Chief Guest of honor will be MP of Rajya Sabha Medha Kulkarni and President Usha Kakdre Gravitas Foundation |
